North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine Marshall

North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine Marshall visited the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle in December to release the Annual Report of Charitable Solicitation Licensing. The report showed North Carolina non-profits raising less money in 2007 than in 2006, but also that non-profits are more efficient in using the donations.
